Sessions Format
For Individual coaching sessions are 50–60 minutes, held online via Zoom on weekly basis.
After the main work is done, we may switch to a supportive rhythm (e.g., biweekly or monthly).
For Couple coaching sessions are 90-120 minutes, also held online via Zoom.
In the beginning, sessions are weekly. Later, we may move to monthly support sessions.
Both partners should be in the same space with one camera. Joining from different locations is accepted occasionally, but it’s not become standard process.
Recording of the sessions is done upon your permission and used by me to review and analyze our sessions.
In case the I need to use the session for supervision or any certification purposes, I will ask your permission before.
Sessions are offered in English and Russian.
I also speak French and Italian, which may help, but not enough to hold a full session in those languages.
Coach and client are both responsible for having a stable connection and working setup.
If something goes wrong, we reschedule together.
If connection problems keep repeating, probably online coaching might not be possible.
