Overview

This leadership development coaching program is designed to help participant cultivate self-awareness, refine leadership skills, and foster a culture of growth and collaboration. Through a blend of reflection, practical exercises, and peer exchange, participants will experience a transformative journey that enhances their personal leadership style and impacts their organizations.

Program Focus

Understanding Leadership
Leadership goes beyond effective management, resource mobilization, or process control. It requires a deep understanding of oneself and an awareness of how systems (groups, organizations) function. We will explore the visible, rational elements of leadership as well as the hidden, irrational ones, helping participants to build a holistic view of what it means to lead.

Program Outcomes

The program focuses on reflecting upon participants' own experiences of leading and following within the complex context of human behavior across various levels of social systems: individual, interpersonal, group, intergroup, organizational, national/cultural, and international/global.

By the end of the program, participants will be able to:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of their motivations, limitations, strengths, and unique leadership style
  • Achieve a deeper understanding of their conscious and unconscious processes, as well as hidden dynamics within groups and organizations
  • Practice and observe their leadership skills from an external perspective
  • Formulate a vision for their future personal and professional growth
  • Develop the ability to reflect on their experiences in small groups and larger organizational systems
  • Explore themselves to understand what type of leader they are
