To help my clients to create real and lasting change, I use a method called MCP – Metacognitive Programming.
MCP combines powerful tools from
psychology, neuroscience, coaching, and philosophy — helping people accept what they cannot change and change what they should not accept.
From coaching, it brings goal orientation and a clear image of the future.
From psychology — the understanding of how past experiences still shape your present.
Neuroscience gives us the physics and biology of change — how the brain can actually rewire old patterns.
It’s also a
trauma-aware method: we don’t work directly with trauma (unless you choose to), but we do take into account how past wounds may still influence your reactions, decisions, and relationships today.
